Hard Copy (Printed) Forms

RGVAA members in good standing — including Owners, Management Companies, and individual properties — may purchase TAA Lease & Addenda Forms in hard copy (printed format) directly through the Rio Grande Valley Apartment Association.


Important Update

To better support member ordering needs:

  • Forms sold individually
  • Maximum of 30 copies per form per order

Example:
An order of 30 Apartment Leases = 90 total sheets/pages (3-page form x 30)


Ordering Process

After submitting an order through the form below:

  1. RGVAA will review and confirm your order

  2. You will receive an invoice, including:

    • Form pricing

    • Sales tax (when applicable)

    • Shipping or delivery fees (if applicable)

  3. Order processed for fulfillment

  4. Payment due upon receipt of invoice

Pickup, Shipping & Delivery Options

Members may choose from the following fulfillment options:

Pickup:

At the RGVAA office during business hours
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Mailing (USPS):
Standard shipping fees apply and vary by location

Local Delivery:
Same-day or next-day delivery available
($16 fee applies, distance restrictions may apply)

Eligibility & Ordering Requirements

  • Orders must be submitted through the official online request form

  • Maximum of 30 copies per form per order

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
