Owner-Property Member - 50+ Units
Available for Companies with 50 units or more.
Apartment Properties or Residential homes of 50 or more units require their own membership.
Your annual investment in a property membership is based upon the number of rental units that your business entity owns, and a one-time processing fee of $50.00.
Vendor Member
Available for Product/Service Companies.
Your annual investment in a vendor membership is a great way for a business to expand and grow. Our organization represents many property owners and management companies that need products and services. The members of our organization take pride in membership and doing business with other members. Your annual investment in a vendor membership is $205 and a one-time processing fee of $50.00.
