Community Service
The Community Service Committee identifies and organizes programs and initiatives that have a positive impact on the RGVAA community. This committee works to connect the association with local service projects, fostering a spirit of giving back and supporting the broader Rio Grande Valley area.

The Membership Growth & Engagement Committee is responsible for recruiting new members, retaining existing ones, and promoting the value and benefits of membership. Government Affairs/Political Action (GAC/PAC)
The Government Affairs Committee (GAC)/ Political Action Committee (PAC) is dedicated to advocating for policies and legislation that support the multifamily housing industry in the Rio Grande Valley. This committee works to engage with local, state, and federal officials, ensuring that the interests of RGVAA members are represented. Additionally, it focuses on fundraising for the PAC to support political candidates who align with the association’s goals and values.
Products & Services Council
The Product & Service Council (PSC) is exclusively for vendors, suppliers, and service providers who support the multifamily housing industry in the Rio Grande Valley. This committee is dedicated to fostering relationships between these professionals and the RGVAA membership, providing opportunities for networking, business development, and collaboration.
