The Membership Growth & Engagement Committee is responsible for recruiting new members, retaining existing ones, and promoting the value and benefits of membership. This committee plays a vital role in creating and distributing content through various channels, including e-mail, newsletters, and social media platforms, to keep members informed and engaged. Additionally, it supports activities that enhance communication, visibility, and member outreach, helping to foster a strong and connected community within the association.

The Government Affairs Committee (GAC)/ Political Action Committee (PAC) is dedicated to advocating for policies and legislation that support the multifamily housing industry in the Rio Grande Valley. This committee works to engage with local, state, and federal officials, ensuring that the interests of RGVAA members are represented. Additionally, it focuses on fundraising for the PAC to support political candidates who align with the association’s goals and values.

The Product & Service Council (PSC) is exclusively for vendors, suppliers, and service providers who support the multifamily housing industry in the Rio Grande Valley. This committee is dedicated to fostering relationships between these professionals and the RGVAA membership, providing opportunities for networking, business development, and collaboration.
