12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Spooktacular Booth Setup & Decoration 🎃👻 It’s time for vendors to trick out their treats! Vendors will set up their booths and bring them to life with festive decorations. Think cobwebs, pumpkins, potions, and plenty of Halloween spirit—make your space a real show-stopper that will cast a spell on attendees. Don’t be afraid to get creative… the more frightfully fun, the better! 🕸️🦇🍬
5:30 PM - 9:30 PM Trade Show Kickoff: “Let the Connections Begin” 🎃👻 Step into a spooktacular showcase where vendors bring their fang-tastic Products & Services to life! From ghostly good deals to boo-tiful displays, connect with members, spark magical matches, and brew up new partnerships. Don’t miss this enchanting chance to network—it’ll be a real treat! 🍬🕸️🦇
9:35 PM - 10:30 PM Spooktacular Booth Pack-Up & Farewell🕸️🎃 As the witching hour nears, it’s time to pack up your potions, pumpkins, and props! Vendors will dismantle booths at the designated time. Please clear displays in an orderly fashion—no ghostly clutter left behind. 🦇✨ Event staff will guide load-out to ensure a smooth farewell. Thank you for helping us close the curtain on a spooktacular show! 👻🍬
